Involved in landmark Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) listings and major SIF (Financial Investment Companies) shareholder situations. Licensed by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) as a financial intermediary through his current role at Blue Rock. A decade in institutional capital markets, with experience at Alter Domus Fund Services (Luxembourg), iMaps Capital Markets (Malta), and Romanian brokerage. Work covers cross-border bond issuance, private credit structuring, fund administration, institutional sales, due diligence, and regulatory compliance across multiple EU jurisdictions. Working knowledge of MiFID II, AIFMD2, and EU securitisation frameworks. Licensed by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) as a financial intermediary through his current brokerage, a licensed clearing and settlement agent at the Romanian Central Depository (Depozitarul Central), and a licensed trader on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
